At Heroes Music Connection, we believe in the transformative power of music to heal, connect, and empower. For combat veterans, music becomes more than art--it's a lifeline, a way to process emotions, and a bridge to the world. Our mission is to provide these heroes with the tools, opportunities, and guidance they need to create and share their stories through music. By amplifying their voices, we aim to foster healing, ignite creativity, and build a platform where their resilience and talent can inspire others and leave a lasting impact.

John Preston is a U.S. veteran, firefighter, and singer-songwriter dedicated to using music as a tool for healing and resilience. Recently featured on numerous news stations, John has shared his powerful story of service—both in the military and on the front lines of the California wildfires.
